Our Services
SMT Assembly + Finishing
Our HQ has one of the most advanced SMT assembly pipelines in the UK. We have automatic solder paste printers, optical inspection machines, pick and place machines and reflow ovens all to cater for both low volume and mass production. Once a board has finished production, we offer a variety of finishing options to ensure the durability and reliability of your PCBs by applying high-quality conformal coatings.
PCB Manufacturing
Elliptic Systems manufacture PCBs entirely within the UK with the highest levels of quality control. We cater for protoype and large-scale production orders. We offer a rapid turnaround service which offers delivery within 2 days from the receipt of Gerber files. Elliptic can produce Multilayer, Flex, Flex-Rigid, PTH and Single-Sided PCBs.
Stencils
At Elliptic, we can produce stencils for both protoype use within your own lab and stencils that are designed to integrate into our SMT assembly pipeline for production runs. We have a dedicated stencil team and can produce stencils to cater for custom requirements that are specific to your PCBs.
